1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use aestheview.com, including our before-and-after previews, guides and preview tool (together, the “service”). By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

AestheView offers information about face and hair cosmetic treatments and a tool that creates an AI-generated, simulated before-and-after image from a photo of your face. You upload a photo (front view, and optionally a side profile), choose a treatment and amount, and receive a simulated preview.

3. Not medical advice

  • AestheView is not a clinic or medical provider, and we do not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Our guides are general information only. They do not replace a consultation with a qualified professional.
  • Always talk to a licensed practitioner before deciding on any cosmetic treatment, and about whether it is right and safe for you.

4. Previews are simulations

A preview is an AI-generated simulation for illustration only. It is not a prediction or a guarantee of how any treatment will turn out. Real results depend on many factors, including your anatomy, the practitioner and how your body heals, and they can look very different from a preview.

5. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the service, you agree to:

  • Only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you their consent;
  • Never upload photos of anyone under 18;
  • Never upload sexual, nude, violent or unlawful content;
  • Not use previews to harass, deceive, impersonate or harm anyone;
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, or get around any limits or watermarks.

We may refuse to process a photo or stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Your photos and previews

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your photos only as needed to create and deliver your preview, for as long as we keep them (see our Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit permission.

You may use the previews created for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Our content

The site, its design, text, guides, images and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

9. Purchases and refunds

  • Your first preview is free and carries a watermark.
  • HD images, side-profile previews and video previews are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and you will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.
  • Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.
  • Purchased previews are digital content delivered immediately. Where the law allows, by asking for immediate delivery you agree that any cancellation right ends once delivery begins.
  • If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will review refund requests case by case.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer laws that apply to you, including rights to a remedy when digital content is faulty.

10. Third-party links

Our pages may link to other websites, such as clinics, practitioners or products. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, services or practices.

11. Disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and our information accurate, but we provide the service “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any guide or preview is complete, accurate or suitable for your situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make about a treatment based on a preview or guide. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer guarantees that apply to you (for example under the Australian Consumer Law or UK and EU consumer laws).

13. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or stop parts of the service, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply to you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION_TBD]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
